Hello all, I have not received any update from the company or lawyer regarding my H1B lottery pre-application status. I worked in USA from 98-2007 on H1B visa, came to India in 2008. In 2016,H1B filed from consulting company from India resulted in RFE.Even though one company from NJ invited me to USA in 2018 with the word that they can transfer H1B,did not get client invitation letter and came back to India in 2019 Jan. I thought USCIS is supposed to notify us today at the latest. Currently I am working in L1B , this year my H1B got picked in other small company . USCIS announced H1B Registration Lottery Results for FY 2021 on March 28th and they informed that the results for the initial round of registration selections will be informed no later than March 31st. And even if you get selected in the likelihood of your H1B being approved is low. Get notified about exclusive offers every week! I am a bit worried now. HR told should get an update before 9th April.

Oh my , congrats & stop bragging in every post related to lottery! Notify me of follow-up comments by email. Denied: A duplicate registration was submitted by the same registrant for the same beneficiary, or a payment method was declined and not reconciled. This is my last attempt and frankly, I’m sick of it all.
