I’m Katia and I love to do yoga and blog. He is god of destruction and transition or transformation. He often sits on a tiger-skin rug. and I love the new motor bike!! One of my favorite take-aways from Yoga Teacher Training was mantra. It was such a beautiful experience to sing with so many others. Love and light! Shiva is the transformer. Mantra is the yoga of sound. Very powerful. Very calming. It’s very spiritual! It means a lot to me. It gives me shivers from head to toe everytime I listen.
Mahadeva shambo. I like to sing it alone in my apartment even though I know the walls are thin and my neighbors can probably hear. Maha means great, deva means God, Shambho again means auspicious one; so this second line mahadeva shambho means Great God, the auspicious one.
