HI, I have found that this works when you get black screen on sky go. I have had to do this a few times already for previous 'upgrades' . Download Sky Go old versions Android APK or update to Sky Go latest version. I had same issue as many after updating Sky Go to 1.4.10.0 on Windows 10. Now enter the log in detail for your hub.
I went int Task Manager (CTRL-ALT-DEL) and found that for some reason I had 4 instances of Sky Go running.

I had same issue as many after updating Sky Go to 1.4.10.0 on Windows 10. Cisco is built into the app now so this might explain why you can not find it. The latest issue is the fact that the app requires an update to start, but clicking the download and install button simply leads to the app closing ater a minute or two and when you re-open it, it goes back to asking to download and install the update. Not much customer "service"! It has litterly be full of bugs for years and years.
